I don't use it for ADHD so much, I think because I already have so many strategies (developed pre AI) already in place. I use it more for work, outlines, editing, that sort of thing. But I can see how it could really work and some of my clients could really benefit!

I think where it works best for me is when I'm entrenched in the overwhelm... there's this point where I can't see the light.

In the case of this post, afternoons... my biggest struggle is recapturing the morning energy and getting my head in a 'do some work' context.

Great that your past strategies still work!

This is when I put a short episode of something on my phone and watch it while jogging on the spot in my office 🤣

This is a really helpful tool, that overwhelm can be debilitating and having a strategy to engage again can make the difference between a functional day and a lost day.

Thanks Helen! I find that one strategy is never a silver bullet, whether it's based on energy, overwhelm, distraction or something else, I'm realizing how useful AI can be to let me reframe quickly and get back to it. (And unfortunately some days, nothing helps.)

How often are you looking to a ChatBot to manage some part of ADHD? (or anything else really.)
