🎯 Prompt 1: The Gut Check
“Here’s what I think I want: [insert thing]. Can you ask me questions to help me figure out whether this truly matters to me or if I’m chasing approval?”
🌱 Prompt 2: The Core Value Scan
“What values might be behind my interest in this goal? Can you help me rephrase it in a way that better aligns with what I care about?”
🔮 Prompt 3: The Future Flash
“If I accomplish this, what will my life actually look like day to day? Can you help me visualize it so I know what I’m really working toward?”
