A daily rhythm to clear mental clutter, reconnect to purpose, and identify today’s focus.
When to Use
First thing in the morning (preferred), or anytime you feel scattered or disconnected.
Can be used to start any work session, not just full-day planning.
Step-by-Step Process
1. Time & Energy Check
What time is it? How much time do I actually have before my next fixed point
How am I feeling (mentally, physically)? Any blockers like low sleep, stress, pain?
Gives context to your day and sets a realistic ceiling for effort.
2. Grounding & Intent
What am I working toward right now? (e.g., income, workshop launch, clarity)
What would make me feel proud or at peace by the end of the day?
Reorients you to your deeper “why” without overwhelming you with your 90-day goals.
3. Loop Review (Optional but Powerful)
What was left open yesterday or recently?
Any “mental tabs” that keep reopening?
Anything I said I’d check back on?
Close what you can. Park what you can’t. Prevent mental drain.
4. Today’s Priorities
What are 1–3 things I really want to move forward today?
Are they:
Creative (e.g., writing, brainstorming)?
Admin/clean-up?
Income-driving?
Connection-based?
These priorities should fit your energy + time window from Step 1.
5. Movement or Transition (if stuck)
Walk? Water? Stretch? Quick voice note to self?
Sometimes it’s not planning you need—it’s priming.
6. Kickoff Statement
“Today I’m focused on __________ because it moves me closer to __________.”
